Dean’s Office and Commerce Undergraduate Society Joint Funding
The Dean’s Office and the CUS together provide funding for a list of annually approved case competitions.
What does the funding cover for case competitions?
For primary student participants:
- 2/3 reimbursement for reasonable travel and accommodations (based on double occupancy)
- registration fee for each competition
All other costs and incidental expenses (i.e., meals, visas, flight changes, travel costs within the host city, gratuities, additional medical coverage, and service charges) will be the responsibility of the students.
Monetary cash prizes awarded in the competition will be in addition to the funding provided by the Dean’s Office and the CUS.
Other funding sources
Sponsorships and other funding will be applied to travel and accommodation costs first. The Dean’s Office and CUS funding will offset these costs to no more than 100% for the primary participants.
