In addition to entrance scholarships, there are many scholarships, merit-based awards, year-end prizes, and external awards available to current BCom students.
Scholarships are generally awarded at the start of the academic year to recognize the achievements of the previous year and are based on academic achievement. Non-academic factors such as leadership, community involvement or financial need may be included in the criteria.
Merit-based awards or service awards are generally awarded at the start of the academic year and are not based on academic achievement. Non-academic factors can include achievement or participation in athletics, leadership, UBC or community involvement, and may include financial need.
Prizes are awarded at the end of the year to recognize academics and achievement of the academic year that has just ended.
External awards with various criteria are also available to students in the BCom program.

An award in the amount of $5000 is available to students in the Bachelor of Commerce program at the Sauder School of Business. Preference is given to students who have been an inspiration to others while dealing with a challenge.

An award in the amount of $2000 is available to students in the Bachelor of Commerce program at the Sauder School of Business. Preference is given to students who display the attributes necessary for entrepreneurial achievement and innovativeness, and who are involved in the development of a program or initiative that benefits the Sauder School of Business or the general community.

An award in the amount of $8500 is offered to a co-op student in the Bachelor of Commerce program at the Sauder School of Business. To be considered, candidates must obtain a work term in the field of sports management.
1691 Sauder School of Business Co-op Achievement Award
An award in the amount of $2000 is available to co-op students in the Bachelor of Commerce program at the Sauder School of Business. Preference is given to students who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in employment.
1010 Arthur Beedle Case Competitions Awards
Awards totaling $5,000 are offered to support the participation of Sauder School of Business undergraduate students at case competitions. The awards are given on the recommendation of the Accounting Division at the Sauder School of Business to undergraduate students who have been selected to participate in case competitions. The award is given in memory of Professor Emeritus Arthur “Dick” Beedle, FCA and his over 25 years as an inspiring colleague and teacher at the Sauder School of Business.

Due consideration will also be given to the financial need of the student selected. On the continued attainment of high academic achievement, the scholarship is renewable in the fourth year of the student's program.

A $2000 scholarship has been made available by the Sales and Marketing Executives of Vancouver to honour Professor Fred Siller. 1672 Methanex Brian Gregson Scholarship in Accounting or Finance
A $3500 scholarship is offered by Methanex Corporation to a third or fourth year undergraduate student in the Accounting or Finance option of the Bachelor of Commerce program in the Sauder School of Business. Academic achievement is the primary criterion in evaluating candidates, although demonstrated leadership and volunteerism in campus and community affairs may be taken into account. Scholarship recipients may be invited to apply for a cooperative education placement or internship with Methanex.
1608 Murray Pezim Scholarship
A $2100 scholarship has been endowed by his colleagues and friends to honour Murray Pezim. The award is made on the recommendation of the Sauder School of Business to a student entering the final year of the BCom program who displays the attributes necessary for entrepreneurial achievement, including leadership, initiative and innovativeness.
1557 Harry L. Purdy Memorial Scholarship
A $1300 scholarship, in memory of Dr. Harry L. Purdy, recognizes his leadership, interest and contributions in business, teaching and community affairs and has been endowed by Westar Timber Ltd. The award is made to a student entering the final or graduating year in the undergraduate program of the Sauder School of Business who has been able to combine academic excellence with outstanding contributions in student or community affairs.
1581 Steve House Memorial Scholarship
A $1300 scholarship has been endowed in memory of Steve House who passed away in the fall of 1981 while in the final stages of completing the requirements to be a chartered accountant. His ability to remain steadfast in his educational and employment commitments, his sense of humour in addressing the world around him and those in it against great odds, and his courage in facing the disease that disabled him but never handicapped him are the qualities that are to be immortalized in this award. The award is made to a student in the Sauder School of Business with preference given to a student who is disabled or has made a concerted effort in his/her schooling while having to deal with some physical, mental, emotional, or social obstacle. The award is made on the recommendation of the Faculty.
1595 Captain Donald Francis Elliot Memorial Scholarship
A $800 scholarship has been endowed by Gertrude Jeanne Elliot. The award is made to a student entering the penultimate or final year in the Sauder School of Business. Preference is given to a mature student with a demonstrated interest in business and community affairs.
1651 Meakin Family Award
A $2600 award has been endowed by the Meakin families in recognition of family involvement in real estate since 1912. The award is offered to an undergraduate student in Real Estate with good academic standing who has demonstrated strong leadership skills through extra-curricular activities. The award is made on the recommendation of the Sauder School of Business.
0671 Northwood Pulp and Timber Limited Scholarship
Five scholarships of $3,000 each have been endowed by Northwood Pulp and Timber Ltd. with the support of the Province of B.C. one scholarship is awarded in the Faculty of Forestry, one in the Department of Engineering, Faculty of Applied Science, one in the Sauder School of Business and two scholarships are for students entering any undergraduate program. Preference is given to students who have attended a secondary or post-secondary institution in northern British Columbia.
1514 Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C. Desmond O'Brien Memorial Scholarship
This $2000 scholarship has been established as a memorial to the late Desmond O'Brien, F.C.A. by the Institute as a tribute to his contribution to the accounting profession in British Columbia and in Canada. The award is made on the recommendation of the Sauder School of Business to a full-time student completing third year Commerce in the Accounting option and proceeding to the fourth year of the programme. The award is made to a student who has high academic standing and is deserving of financial assistance.

A $850 award is offered in recognition of John D'Eathe's contributions to the Sauder School of Business. It is awarded to a third year student specializing in Real Estate who demonstrates scholarship, leadership, and involvement in student activities.

A $5000 scholarship is offered by Adera Development Corporation to an outstanding undergraduate student studying Real Estate in the Bachelor of Commerce program. Preference is given to students who demonstrate leadership in community, sports, and shows entrepreneurial potential.
1681 Concert Properties Leaders' Award
An award of $5,000 is offered to an outstanding undergraduate student entering their fourth year in the Real Estate option in the Bachelor of Commerce Program at the Sauder School of Business. This award was established to mark the 20th anniversary of Concert Real Estate Corporation, and honours the commitment, perseverance and vision of the founding and leading supporters of Concert who have been instrumental in Concert's success. This award is made on the recommendation of the Sauder School of Business to a student in good academic standing who can demonstrate intent to enter a career in the real estate industry. Preference will also be given to a student who has demonstrated leadership and service in the UBC campus community and/or the wider community.
Real Estate Council of British Columbia Scholarship
A $5,700 scholarship has been endowed for an undergraduate student entering the Bachelor of Commerce Program at the Sauder School of Business. The award honours the Real Estate Council of B.C.'s 50th Anniversary and recognizes the long-standing partnership in education between the Council and the Sauder School. Candidates must be able to demonstrate an interest in or connection to the real estate industry.
1558 Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver Douglas P. Woodley Memorial Scholarship
As a memorial to Douglas P. Woodley and as a tribute to his warm personal qualities and outstanding public service in the field of real estate, a $1500 scholarship has been established by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. It is awarded to a student entering third year in the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration. The criterion will be a combination of need and ability. In making the award, preference is given to a student indicating an interest in specializing in Real Estate.

A $1500 scholarship is offered by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver in memory of Alan G. Creer. The award is offered to a student entering fourth year in Commerce and Business Administration who is taking the option in Real Estate, has high standing, and is deserving of assistance to further his education in the profession of real estate.
7981 University of B.C. Commerce Alumni Division Bursary
Three $625 bursaries have been endowed by the Commerce Alumni Division for students entering the second, third and final year of the BCom program. The awards are based on a combination of financial need and contributions to the University and/or community. Candidates will normally be expected to have at least a second- class average in the previous academic year. Applications are by letter which should indicate the candidates' financial circumstances and activities. The awards are made on the recommendation of the Sauder School of Business in consultation with the Office of Awards and Financial Aid and the Commerce Alumni Division.

Two $500 awards have been endowed by John and May Lockhart for students entering their final year in the Transportation and Logistics option of the BCom program in the Sauder School of Business. Awards totaling $5300 have been endowed by Odlum Brown Limited for students with an interest in finance who are enrolled in the third or fourth year of a Bachelor of Commerce program. Two $500 scholarships are provided by Wolrige Mahon, Chartered Accountants, to students entering fourth year of the Accounting option in the Sauder School of Business. They are made on the recommendation of the School based on academic standing, leadership qualities and interest in pursuing careers as Chartered Accountants.
1677 CA Education Foundation Peter Stanley Scholarship
A $1200 scholarship is offered to a full-time student entering fourth year in the Accounting option of the Sauder School of Business. The recipient must be continuing with the Accounting option, have a high academic standing, express intent to become a Chartered Accountant, and be deserving of financial assistance.
1673 Vancouver Security Traders Association Award in Finance
A $2,000 award is offered by the Vancouver Security Traders Association (VSTA) to a student entering the third year of study in the Finance Option at the Sauder School of Business who has an interest in pursuing a career in Securities Trading and demonstrated leadership skills. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Traders Trading Course (TTC) is an asset. This scholarship is renewable in the fourth year of study provided the student maintains scholarship status. In addition to the financial award, the renewable recipient also receives a one-year membership to VSTA and the Canadian Securities Traders Association (CSTA).

Three $4000 scholarships are offered by Peter Lee to students entering the third or fourth year of the Finance option in the Bachelor of Commerce Program at the Sauder School of Business. The awards are made on the recommendation of the School.

Scholarships totaling $6000 are offered by Dr. R. Heinkel in memory of his father G.W. Heinkel to students in the Portfolio Management Foundation program in the Sauder School of Business. An Annual award of $1,000 is offered by Ranjeet (Ron) and Jas Sangara to an undergraduate student enrolled in the Bachelor Commerce program at the Sauder School of Business. A $2000 scholarship is available to a full time student completing third year Commerce in the Accounting option and proceeding to the fourth year. The award is made on the basis of scholastic standing and awarded to a student who intends to become a Chartered Accountant.

A $2000 scholarship is offered by the Vancouver Chapter of the Tax Executive Institute to an outstanding undergraduate student entering the fourth year of the Accounting or Finance options in the Sauder School of Business who is enrolled in or has completed at least two tax-focused courses such as COMM 355, COMM 357 or COMM 452.
1515 Irving George Chertkow Memorial Scholarship
A $400 scholarship has been endowed through a bequest by Irving G. Chertkow, C.A., for a student in the Sauder School of Business. The School may award the scholarship to a student in any year of the undergraduate program, who has achieved high scholastic standing. Should two candidates have similar academic standing, preference is given to a student in the Accounting option.

1584 B.C. Human Resources Management Association Scholarship
A $1500 scholarship and a one year membership in the Association has been made available by the Human Resources Management Association of British Columbia. The award is made to a student entering the fourth year in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources option of the Sauder School of Business. While the award is based mainly on scholastic achievement, participation in university and community activities may also be considered in the event of a tie. In addition, HRMA will provide a free registration package to the annual conference.
1664 Peter Frost Teaching and Learning Memorial Scholarship
Scholarships totaling $1200 have been endowed by friends, family and colleagues in memory of Dr. Peter Frost, a devoted teacher, distinguished researcher, and inspirational leader who taught at UBC from 1975 to 2004. The awards are made on the recommendation of the Sauder School of Business to undergraduate or graduate students studying Organizational Behaviour with an interest in organizational leadership and compassion. In the case of graduate students, the awards are made in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate Studies.

1512 Harold A. Jones Memorial Scholarship
The Harold A. Jones Memorial Scholarship is donated by Seaspan International Ltd. (an organization integrating Vancouver Tug Boat Co. Ltd. and Island Tug & Barge Limited, both pioneer companies in marine transportation on the B.C. coast) as a memorial to Harold A. Jones, who was President of Vancouver Tug Boat Co. Ltd. from 1924 to 1956. This $1000 scholarship serves not only to pay tribute to Mr. Jones' contribution to the company, but also to give recognition to his interest and participation, both public and personal, in all matters pertaining to coast-wise shipping. The scholarship is to be awarded to an outstanding student entering the final year in the Sauder School of Business and majoring in the field of transportation.
1510 Granville Mayall Memorial Scholarship
A $800 scholarship has been endowed by the friends of the late Granville Mayall with the assistance of the British Columbia Trucking Association. The scholarship is offered to graduate or undergraduate students in Sauder School of Business. It is awarded on the basis of academic standing, personal qualities and interest in the field of transportation. It is expected that the student will undertake a paper in the area of transportation.

A $1200 scholarship was endowed by the Canadian General Insurance Group in 1989 to commemorate the long-standing business relationship between USF&G Insurance Company of Canada, now known as Aviva Canada Inc., with the Vancouver firm of Leslie Wright and Rolfe Limited. The award is made on the recommendation of the Sauder School of Business to an undergraduate student in the Bachelor of Commerce program.

1606 Kenneth G. Young Memorial Scholarship
A $1000 scholarship has been endowed by family and friends of Ken Young, who joined the University as Assistant Registrar in 1965. He was appointed as Registrar and Secretary to Senate in 1980, and held these positions until he passed away in 1987 at 48 years of age. He obtained his B.A. and B.Com. degrees from the University of Alberta. The scholarship is awarded to a student in the Sauder School of Business, on the recommendation of the School.
1631 W. Maurice Young Award in Commerce
A $5800 award has been endowed by W. Maurice Young's many friends in the Sauder School of Business and is awarded to a student for financial assistance during the academic year and for a summer internship providing service to First Nations communities in British Columbia.

A $1900 scholarship has been endowed by The University of British Columbia to honour the memory of W. Maurice Young. The award is offered to a student in second, third, or fourth year of the Sauder School of Business, with preference given to First Nations students, and is made on the recommendation of the School.
1644 Stuart Clark Gilmour Memorial Scholarship in Commerce
A $650 scholarship has been endowed in memory of Dr. Stuart Clark Gilmour by friends and former students for an undergraduate in the Bachelor of Commerce program who has achieved high standing. Until his death from A.L.S. (Lou Gehrig's Disease) at a relatively young age, Clark Gilmour brought great insight and enthusiasm to the teaching of strategic management in business and organizational settings, winning the Sauder School of Business’ Teaching Excellence Award in 1977.

In honour of Earle D. MacPhee who served this University from 1950 to 1963 as Professor, Director, and Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, and as Honorary Bursar and Dean of Administrative and Financial Affairs, this scholarship was established through Alumni Annual Giving by contributions from Commerce graduates. It marks the affection and esteem in which Dean MacPhee is held by his former students and gives recognition to his distinguished services to the University and to the community. The $450 scholarship is awarded to an undergraduate student in the Sauder School of Business.

A $400 scholarship, endowed by Mrs. Agnes Graham Turnbull in honour of her son-in-law, Robert Keith Porter, is awarded to a high ranking student in the Sauder School of Business proceeding to the degree of BCom.
1649 Naomi Grigg Scholarship
Scholarships totaling $10,200 have been endowed through the Vernon H. Grigg Charitable Remainder Trust for undergraduate and graduate students in the Sauder School of Business. The awards are made on the recommendation of the School and, in the case of graduate students, in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate Studies.

Two scholarships of $1,000 each are offered by Henderson Development (Canada) Ltd. for undergraduate students in the Sauder School of Business.
1610 Ben Wosk, C.M. Scholarship
A $1400 scholarship has been endowed by Wosk's Ltd. to commemorate the 50th anniversary of its incorporation in British Columbia and to honour Ben Wosk, C.M. It is made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration to a student entering second year of the BCom program. Financial circumstances of the candidate may be considered.
1601 Parrish E. Lalonde Memorial Scholarship
A $1200 scholarship has been endowed in memory of Parrish Lalonde who lost his life in a plane crash while returning to University on September 1, 1986. This award has been established by his family and many friends, and pays tribute to his outstanding scholastic ability, his fine personal qualities and the high regard and affection in which he was held. It is awarded to a student in the Sauder School of Business with preference to a student entering second year.
1505 David House Memorial Scholarship
This $1300 scholarship is dedicated to the memory of David House, a second year Commerce student intending to study law, who died tragically in July, 1968, while travelling in Greece. It is in tribute to his personal qualities and character that his friends, with the co-operation of the Commerce Undergraduate Society, have established this scholarship, to be awarded to a student entering the third year of Commerce who has attained a high academic average in the previous year's studies.
1521 N. Leo Klein Memorial Scholarship
A $600 scholarship in memory of N. Leo Klein, and given by the late I. J. Klein, Vancouver, BC, is awarded to the student obtaining first place in the examinations of the second year of Commerce and proceeding to the next year.
1599 L. Jack Mitten Scholarship
A $300 scholarship has been endowed to recognize Dr. Mitten's contributions to students in the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration. The scholarship is awarded to the student obtaining the highest standing in second year Commerce.
1680 Ledcor Industries Inc. Centenary Scholarship in Accounting and Finance
A $1000 scholarship has been endowed by Ledcor Industries Inc. for an undergraduate student in the third or fourth year of a Bachelor of Commerce program, in either the Accounting or Finance option.
1008 Crystal Hung Aspiring Entrepreneur Award
Recognizing that starting up new venture can be financially challenging, Crystal Hung, PREC, B.Com. ’09, offers a $1,000 award to support a student in the Sauder School of Business with entrepreneurial aspirations. The successful student will either be enrolled in the entrepreneurship specialization of the B.Com., New Ventures Design course or have participated in entrepreneurship@UBC programming. Preference will be give to a student who demonstrates financial need.

1560 Dorothy Anne Dilworth Memorial Prize
As a memorial to Dorothy Anne Dilworth, a graduate of the class of 1957, a $2500 prize has been endowed by members of her family. The prize is awarded to the most outstanding woman student in the graduating class of the Sauder School of Business. The award is intended to supplement the Dorothy Anne Dilworth Memorial Shield.
1306 Matthew H. Henderson Memorial Prize
A $2500 prize has been endowed in memory of Matthew Henderson by the Graduating Class of 1957 on the occasion of their 40th anniversary. The prize is awarded to the most outstanding male student in the graduating class of the Sauder School of Business and is intended to supplement the Matthew H. Henderson Memorial Shield.
Dan Muzyka Head of the Class Award in Commerce
A $5,000 award is given at graduation for the student earning the top marks and standing at the head of the graduating class in the Bachelor of Commerce degree. The award is given to recognize Daniel F. Muzyka who served as Professor and Dean of the Sauder School of Business from 1999-2012. The award celebrates his contributions to the Sauder School, the University and the business community and the affection and esteem in which Dean Muzyka is held by his students, colleagues and friends.
1598 Colin C. Gourlay Medal and Prize
A silver medal and cash prize, offered by the Sauder School of Business, is awarded to the student standing second in the graduating class for the BCom degree. This award has been established to commemorate Professor Gourlay's 34 years of dedication to students in the Sauder School of Business.
1597 Ralph Loffmark Medal
A bronze medal, offered by the Sauder School of Business is awarded to the student standing third in the graduating class for the BCom degree. This award is offered to commemorate Professor Loffmark's 31 years of dedication to students in the Sauder School of Business.
1636 Dan Gardiner Award
A $2500 award has been endowed by the Commerce Undergraduate Society and the Sauder School of Business in honour of Dr. Daniel F. Gardiner. Recipients are selected on the basis of extra-curricular involvement, financial need and academic performance. Candidates must be undergraduates entering the School who have at least 27 credits of course work still to be completed before graduation. The award is made by nomination of a selection committee, at least one member of which is appointed by the Commerce Undergraduate Society, and the Sauder School of Business.
1637 Stanley Hamilton Award
A $2500 award has been endowed by the Commerce Undergraduate Society and the Sauder School of Business to honour Dr. Stanley Hamilton for his over 25 years of outstanding service to UBC's School and to the Vancouver community. The award is offered to a student in a Bachelor of Commerce program who has made a significant contribution to the School and/or the larger community. The award is made by nomination of a selection committee, at least one member of which is appointed by the Commerce Undergraduate Society, and the Sauder School of Business.

Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver Irwin Davis Prize – A $600 prize is offered by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver to recognize Professor Davis' many contributions to the Sauder School of Business and to the real estate industry of this Province. The prize is awarded to the student in the fourth year of the Real Estate option obtaining the highest standing in Commerce 434 (Real Estate Land Law).
1575 Brian Edward Burke Prize
A $600 prize has been endowed to recognize Dr. Burke's contribution to the Certified General Accountants' Association across Canada and to the Sauder School of Business. The prize is awarded to the student obtaining the second highest standing in Commerce.
1586 Arthur Beedle Prize
A $300 prize has been endowed to recognize Professor Beedle's contributions over 25 years to students in the Sauder School of Business. The prize is awarded to the student obtaining the highest standing in Commerce 293 (Financial Accounting).
1619 Abtar Berar Prize in Finance
A $375 prize has been endowed by Abtar Berar for students in the Sauder School of Business. The award is offered to a student exhibiting academic excellence in the area of Finance and is made on the recommendation of the School and in the case of graduate students, in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
1634 Canadian Council of Financial Analysts Prize
A $300 prize has been endowed by the Canadian Council of Financial Analysts. The award is offered to a third or fourth year undergraduate student in the Finance option in the Sauder School of Business.
1570 George D. Sherwood Prize
A $250 prize has been endowed by the late George D. Sherwood. Mr. Sherwood served on the President's Advisory Committee on investments for over 20 years. The award is made on the recommendation of the Sauder School of Business to the top student in courses relating to investments (Commerce 475).
1612 William F. J. Wood Prize
A $300 prize recognizes Dr. Wood's contributions over 20 years to students in the Sauder School of Business. It is awarded on the recommendation of the School to the student obtaining the highest standing in Commerce 374 (Securities Markets).
1589 Donald B. Fields Prize
A $200 prize has been endowed to recognize Professor Fields' contributions over 25 years to students in the Sauder School of Business. The prize is awarded to the student obtaining the highest standing in Commerce 355 (Income Taxation).

A $500 prize is offered by the Vancouver Chapter of Lambda Alpha International to a student in the Real Estate option in the Sauder School of Business.
1670 Barbara Howard Award in Commerce
A $1700 award has been endowed in honour of Barbara (Leith) Howard (B.Com.1959) for a student completing the third year of a Bachelor of Commerce program in the Finance option, with preference for a student who has demonstrated an interest in Securities and Investment Management. Candidates for the award should have achieved a high level of academic success and participated meaningfully in campus community life and student activities. Financial need may be taken into account.
1684 Peter N. Nemetz Prize in Government and Business
A $500 prize is offered by a former student of Dr. Peter N. Nemetz in recognition of the unwavering commitment of Dr. Nemetz to his students, his ability to inspire his students' interest in Commerce 394 and his exceptional care and attention to individual students who seek his mentorship in this area. The prize is awarded to the student obtaining the highest standing in Commerce 394 and is made on the recommendation of the Faculty.

CGA Academic Excellence Scholarship
The Certified General Accountants Association of BC annually awards a $500 scholarship to an accounting student who is completing third year of the undergraduate program in the Sauder School of Business. The recipient is an outstanding student with demonstrated interest and experience in accounting.
CGA Continuing Studies Scholarships
The Certified General Accountants Association of BC annually awards two scholarships to graduates of the undergraduate program in the Sauder School of Business. The recipient is an outstanding student with demonstrated interest and experience in accounting. The $2,000 scholarship will be applied to tuition fees when the recipient enrolls in the professional education program of the CGA.
Certified Management Accountants Lam Milne Memorial Scholarship
The Certified Management Accountants Association of BC annually awards a scholarship to an accounting student who is completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at UBC. The scholarship is awarded to the applicant who obtains the highest final grade in COMM 491. The $2,000 scholarship will be credited toward CMABC dues and tuition when the recipient enrolls in the program.
Certified Management Accountants Tom Kennedy Memorial Scholarship
The Certified Management Accountants Association of BC annually awards a scholarship to an accounting student who is completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at UBC. The scholarship is awarded to the applicant who obtains the highest final grade in COMM 454. Laura Mackenrot Award in Commerce
An award of $300 is offered by Laura Mackenrot to an undergraduate student at the Sauder School of Business who has a mobility impairment or physical disability, and/or is experiencing chronic pain. Preference will be given to a student who has demonstrated leadership and service in the UBC campus community and/or the wider community. This award is made on the recommendation of the Sauder School of Business.
Export Development Canada
Export Development Canada (EDC) annually awards up to 30 International Business Scholarships, 25 of which go to undergraduate university or college students interested in pursuing a career or furthering their studies in international business, with up to 5 additional scholarships for students in programs which combine business with environmental or sustainability studies. An EDC scholarship is a $4,000 cash award. Scholarships are awarded in the spring and issued the following autumn at the start of the academic year.
