Setting up a business in China: Registration and Red Tape

The Sauder Alumni Club of Beijing invites you to an exclusive event with Nancy Nan, owner of Registar Business Registration Agency. She will share details on how to navigate the hurdles of setting up a company in China.

SPEAKER:

Nancy graduated from Capital University of Economics and Business in 1996 with a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Accounting. She has been engaged in business setup services since 2001 and runs her own company, Registar Business Registration Agency. She focuses on small and medium business registration, accounting/tax filing, and other administration services.

Experienced with developing and supporting business activities for her clients, Nancy started a consulting business in 2010. The Registar (Beijing) Investment Consulting Limited company helped several businesses achieve success including Atos Origin, CSC, Nestlé and Samsung.
