Recent alumni from the Sauder School of Business secured spots on the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ 2013 national honour roll, based on their performance at the Uniform Final Evaluation.

Every year, 3,500 to 4,500 students take the nationwide three-day evaluation, which tests future accountants in areas such as professional knowledge, ethics and communication.

Sauder had more students represented on the roll than any other school, with close to 50 students selected from universities across Canada.

The nine Sauder students, who represented Bachelor of Commerce and the Diploma in Accounting program, are: (BCom) Dennis Au, Jasdeep Baidwan, Jeremy Knoke, Mikhail Kuzmin, Meghan Lee, Royanne Shawcross, Michelle Yang, (DAP) Liam Gordon and Mike Hilling.

For the last eight years, Sauder students have accumulated more than 60 spots on the national honour roll.
