The Sauder School of Business has again achieved accreditation by the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), reaffirming the school’s capacity to offer the highest standard of business education.
BCom student Christopher Heathcote-Rey represented his peers at the prestigious, invitation-only international leadership forum hosted by Executive Education at Sauder this year.
The Next 36, a leadership program fast-tracking Canada’s next best entrepreneurs, visited Sauder last week, featuring a talk by Tagg Jefferson, whose start-up, GridCure, was chosen as the Next 36’s Outstanding Venture this summer.
From fall 2015, UBC students will be the first in Canada with the chance to earn a Bachelor degree +Master of Management concurrently in 4.5 years. Alumni and future employers agree that integrating deep subject area knowledge with business training will accelerate students’ entry into the job market and give them the tools needed to pursue their passions.
Beginning in September 2015, University of British Columbia students will be the first in Canada to be able to study toward a bachelor degree in arts and sciences while also earning a Master of Management, graduating in just 4.5 years.
