Beijing Sauder Dim Sum Lunch March 13
Are you moving or already living in Beijing? An easy way to get connected and get advice from locals and expats alike is through your very own alumni association. The UBC Sauder Alumni Group Beijing is in its second year of operation and kick-started the year with a casual Dim Sum lunch in March, where the group met to mingle and define its role and provide value to members and UBC Sauder.
While enjoying dumplings and buns, the members brainstormed and identified both professional and social activities. From seminars and workshops to discovering Beijing through a series of good eats, there is something for everyone. Events such as Canada Day barbeques, the Terry Fox Run, and Christmas dinner will keep the Canadian spirit burning strong. Furthermore, the members will also host welcome lunches for newcomers to Beijing.
