In June 2011 UBC Sauder and Copenhagen Business School announced a strategic alliance to dramatically increase collaboration.

Sauder BCom students celebrated major victories in the 33rd Inter-Collegiate Business Competition, Canada’s premier academic case competition, at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario this month. Students came from 141 schools across the country and around the world to compete, and Sauder ranked in the top five in four of the competition’s eight categories, including a first place finish in Debating.
Anna Murray, a UBC International MBA alumna from the Class of 2007, was named one of the country’s most prominent women at the Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards.
Sauder Associate Professor James Tansey is one of four international advisors working with the United Nations Environment Program on the environmental strategy for the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia.
