Internationalization is one of the fundamental pillars of the vision of both UBC and the Sauder School of Business. Through our international programs, we seek to increase the degree of internationalization of all of the School’s major areas of programs and activities, to enhance the position of the Sauder School of Business as a global business school and to increase the opportunities available to our students to study and work internationally.
Our academic partnership programs:
Our 20-month, part-time IMBA lets students work in Shanghai and earn an MBA. Featuring two weeks of study in Vancouver, Sauder offers this unique program in partnership with the Antai College of Economics and Management in Shanghai.
The Sauder School of Business is the most popular destination for Korea University students who participate in this campus-wide UBC program, with approximately half of the Korea University student participants taking classes in the Bachelor of Commerce program.
Sauder also participates in the UBC partnership with Tec de Monterrey in Mexico. Each year, UBC recruits 100 qualified students from the Mexican university to study at UBC.
This program provides an opportunity for undergraduate students to learn about Canadian culture and business firsthand through social activities, classes, and intercultural business workshops.
