Title: Sauder S3i Graduate Intern (2012)
Sean is currently studying forest carbon offset projects as part of a MSc through the Faculty of Forestry at the University of British Columbia. He is focusing on how they may be implemented on Tribal lands in the United States to help bands realize revenue streams associated with their traditional approaches to forest management.
Prior to beginning his Master’s degree Sean worked for several timber companies in BC and Australia. He holds a B.S.F. in Forest Operations from UBC. Sean enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, and exploring.
