Kirstin has over 10 years' experience in consumer behaviour. As a research consultant, she has partnered with organizations including Google, the California Health Benefit Exchange, Columbia University's Center for Decision Sciences and Center for Research on Environmental Decisions, the Pacific Business Group on Health, and the Social Security Administration. Kirstin's research explores why consumers struggle with important decisions about their future and how to help them make the best decisions for themselves.
