Dorit Efrat-Treister | Post-doc | Technion - Israel Institute of Technology

Dorit received her PhD in Organizational Psychology at Technion, Israel Institute of Technology under the supervision of Professor Anat Rafaeli. Her thesis was Hospital Aggression: A Multi-Cultural Perspective. Her research interests ranging from culture, creativity,emotion, social cognition, conflict management to aggression (psychology).  During her visit at Sauder School of Business, she will work closely with Professor Sandra Robinson. Yixuan Li | PhD Student |  Warrington College of Business Administration, University of Florida

Yixuan is currently the 2nd year PhD student under the supervision of Professor Mo Wang. Her current research interests include high performance HR practices, stress and coping, fit and congruence, team work, leadership, and the micro-foundation of Resource Based Theory. During the visit, they will work closely with Professor Danielle van Jaarsveld.  [Oct 17-23, 2014] 

Vanessa M. Strike | Assistant Professor | Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University

Vanessa is our Visiting Assistant Professor at Sauder School of Business and also an Assistant Professor from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.  Her research interests include Family Business, Entrepreneurship, Governance, Comparative Ownership Structures, and CSR. In particular, she focuses on the challenges of governance and decision-making within the family firm, and advising to the family firm. [July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015] 

Simon Lloyd D. Restubog | Professor of Management and Deputy Director for Research | The Australian National University

Simon is currently the professor of Management and his research interests ranging from abusive supervision, career development, formation and maintenance of psychological contracts, revenge and forgiveness in organizations, workplace aggression to workplace deviance. [August 15 - October 31, 2013 / August 17-24, 2014]
