The OBHR Division focuses on many aspects of the employment relationship, including the culture of organizations, managing organizational change, the roles and skills of managers, the development of human resources, labour-management relations, and international human resource management.

PhD in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources
This program develops research-oriented academics who study problems related to organizations.
MBA Modules in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources
MBA students gain the skills to manage human resources and organizations.
BCom in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management
Students gain an understanding of the fundamentals of business, a general knowledge of all the business options, as well as a range of management and consulting skills.
Commerce Scholars Program
Participants work under the mentorship of a distinguished faculty member as a research assistant - learning about the research process and sharpening their critical thinking skills.
