The Sauder Co-operative Education (Co-op) Program focuses on providing workplace experience to Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) students. Co-op candidates are available year-round for four- and eight-month paid work periods beginning in January, May and September (please refer to the recruiting calendar below for details).

As a Co-op employer, you gain access to a pool of talented business professionals equipped with fresh ideas, new perspectives, and the ability to add significant value to your organization. In turn, you will help young people begin their careers and gain hands-on experience in their chosen field.
