Tri-mentorship Program

The Sauder Alumni Club of Vancouver’s Tri-Mentorship Program offers students, young alumni, and senior alumni a unique opportunity to be linked together and create a three-way mentorship group. This unique structure enables young alumni to mentor Sauder students while at the same time being mentored by senior alumni.

The Tri-Mentorship Program is a rewarding, and yet easy, way to engage with Sauder and give back to the School and community.

Mentors are recruited by the Sauder Alumni Club of Vancouver during the summer and fall months. Mentorship pairings are done in rounds based on who is selected. The pairings are decided by a representative of the Sauder Alumni Club of Vancouver.

Prior to being matched, prospective participants are invited to a networking event where mentors and mentees will have a chance to meet and select three mentors/mentees with whom would like to work with. In addition, each mentee and mentor is paired based on a series of questions regarding mentoring best practices.
