Cam Bailey

Cam has worked as a management consultant for 25 years, serving clients in the energy sector and across other industries on issues of strategy and performance improvement. He also advised governments on topics of public policy and national competitiveness. Cam lived and worked in Asia for 10 years and in Russia for five years as a senior partner with The Boston Consulting Group before moving back to Canada with his family in 2009 to join McKinsey & Company in Calgary.

Cam retired as a director of McKinsey in 2013 when the Alberta government appointed him to the board of the newly formed Alberta Energy Regulator. Cam also serves on a number of other boards, including the Calgary Homeless Foundation, Westside King's Church, and the Telus Spark Calgary Science Center.

Cam has a bachelor of commerce degree from UBC and an master's degree in business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
