MBA House is an 81 ‘hotel’ bedroom
apartment comprised of common and social space on the ground floor and
three storeys of living levels above.

Ground Floor: The ground
floor of the building is the main social space for students and includes
a mixed use Commons Room, Library, coffee shop and common space.

Residential Floors: There
are three residential floors at MBA House. There is also a Great
Room with full kitchen facilities, dining area, flat screen TV and
lounge area for social gathering on each residential floor. Each floor contains 27 units ranging from 237 square feet to
423 square feet.
Location:
MBA House will be located in Wesbrook Place -- to the south of 16th Avenue,
bounded by Pacific Spirit Park to the east and Marine Drive to the
southwest. The intent of this neighbourhood is a master-planned
community that will be a vibrant and active place with a
supermarket, a community centre, a new school, and a variety of other
shops and services. As a distinct and complete community set
within a forest, Wesbrook Place will be
home to people from many cultures, life-stages and
occupations.

How to Apply:
To apply for accommodation at MBA House for August 2009 entry, please
complete our online
application form (preferred method).
Alternatively, you may complete
our paper-based application
form (.pdf) and submit it to our office via one of the
following methods:

You may submit an application to MBA House before receiving an offer
of admission to the MBA Program; however, rooms will only be assigned to
admitted students. Incoming MBA students are guaranteed accommodation at
MBA House until May 15th, 2009. Applications received after May
15th, 2009 will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis based
on remaining room availability. There is no application fee required for
application to MBA House.
